A second brain I built solo across web, native macOS, iOS (TestFlight beta), CLI, browser extension, and MCP. Save links, notes, and AI chats in one library, organize them with PARA, and ask questions with sources attached.

Black Toast Music
Building the platform since 2020, CTO since 2024. Migrated a 13,000+ track catalog off a 15-year-old system, moved audio operations to R2 with HLS and DRM, and rebuilt search around facets, similar tracks, AI-assisted discovery, and reference-track matching for film and TV teams. Public beta in 2025, v3 in 2026.

Co-owned and ran operations for a ~150-contractor US product agency (co-owner & COO 2021–2023, technical lead from 2018), where I rebuilt the freelancer delivery model and cost structure, taking margins from 18% to 48%.
